Why they wrote a number one song. Do you remember? I had the 45. Andy Kim, a Montreal native, has had a long career that is still going. It’s just a blast from the past. Have a good one.

“Sugar Sugar” was the #1 Song in North America on the day I was born. In the U.K. it was “Bad Moon Rising” by C.C.R. Also. . . the movie “Easy Rider” opened that day. Perhaps there is some corollary between songs and movies that coincide with one’s birth and an individual’s personality. Like a pop culture star sign.

I love “Sugar Sugar” song as a kid! 🙂 It was one of my favorites growing up long with Blackwater (Doobie Brothers), Wild Thing (Troggs) and any more. Thanks for the memories and now I know who wrote the song! ^_^

Yeah, I am pretty sure growing up my siblings and I were only ones who knew music from the 50s-80s growing up. Thanks to our Dad we know the classic rock bands and for my Mom classic pop bands. 🙂

The picture of the elderly couple dressed up as the Easter bunny and Batman are adorable! I would so give them candy if they came around trick or treating. 😉

    Have a good one,

I wish my cats were that cool! actually, I’d be lucky to get my cats to wear anything. Tried to get one to wear a harness as a kitten – did NOT go well! 😀
