Oddman. I’d like to personally thank YOU! I understand that modern days its tough to find a steady stream of new material. You gotta do what you have to do. I’ve been a follower on your site for a few years now, and as much as I’ll be sad to see you posting less frequently, I’m more than happy to know its for the greater good of the site. Have fun brotha!

Love the floating cottage pic. I wish I could do that to my place and float a little north for a few years. Welcome back.

Ah the world is back to normal…..back on its axis of Oddity……but that’s what makes it interesting. Coming in here is like walking down a new street in a new world every day. “Oh, look at that” and “Look at that” and “Now isn’t that interesting”! It’s a pleasant walk looking in the windows of Oddman’s mind, from architecture, to art, to anger, to half naked women. [There’s also Kanye West, the Kardashians but he does that just to get our blood pressure up] Then there is what’s his name, the walking buffoon in the White House, but alas we have to deal with that for 4 years.
So I’m just going to sit here with my Sunday cup of coffee and go offer todays offerings for a second time, as usual.

A personal thank you for the Vivian Maier insert. It’s always amazing to me when I see her work and that of others and she (like a few other photographers) just have a natural instinct for a photo that others don’t. It’s a shame she passed away never knowing how great she was, but she might have been embarrassed by all the attention.

    Have a great Sunday.

I had the Old Odd to get me through your hiatus, but I’m glad you’re back. I’ve been coming here every morning for almost as long as you’ve been posting on this blog. Coffee and Odd always gets my day started off right. Thank you, and cheers!

That’s my plan to take it easy, and I wouldn’t let the sound of my own wheels drive me crazy…^_-

When I was studying aboard in Spain, I had the change to visit The Alhambra and man, what a beautiful place! The lions foundation that greet you when you enter and just enjoying this work of art is just an amazing experience. I remember one of the rooms have blue and white tiles to create a beautiful room that had a sense of peace. As I walked around, I was just soaking in the history and the pure beauty of the place. Thanks for the memories of a wonderful trip. 🙂

I looked up the movie Birth of a Nation with Lillian Gish and it looks like an interesting movie. I might have to check if I can watch it on my TV or online.

    Have a good one,

    Sharpiepen

P.S. Your little blog makes my day, and also through you I have discovered I have O.D.D. (Obsessive Dragon Disorder). I thank you for feeding my obsession every now and than. 😉

    Oddman,
I want you to know that your posts have single handed lay brought me more comfort, joy and interest than anything else on the Internet. I’ve followed you since Slightly Warped, and you’ve helped me through some dark times.
Please please keep up your magic.
